KAR AUCTION SERVICES CEO JIM HALLETT TO SERVE AS KEYNOTE SPEAKER AT NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF AUTOMOTIVE REMARKETING

CARMEL, Ind., March 4, 2014 – Carmel, Ind.-based KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), a provider of used vehicle auction services, announced today that CEO Jim Hallett will serve as a keynote speaker at the Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) in Las Vegas on Wednesday, March 5 through Thursday, March 6.
The annual conference, organized with the National Auto Auction Association and the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance, is the auto remarketing industry’s premier networking and educational event. Over the course of two days, industry professionals have the opportunity to attend 20 sessions to learn about industry trends, best practices and new technologies, as well as connect with peers, leaders and other key contacts. Hallett will be delivering his speech, entitled “Driving Success Through Technology and Leadership,” on the second day of the conference.
