Insurance Auto Auctions Opens Facility in Fort Myers, Fla.
Continued Growth and Expansion in North America Offers Convenience to Customers

Westchester, Ill. — Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA), the leading hybrid model salvage auto auction company and a wholly owned subsidiary of KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), today announced the opening of its facility in Fort Myers, Fla. The branch location is conveniently located two miles outside of downtown and five miles from Interstate 75. “The Fort Myers facility was selected for its convenient location and to accommodate the increasing demand throughout the southeast,” said Tom O’Brien, chief executive officer at IAA. “Insurance Auto Auctions will continue to grow and expand our industry-leading footprint where it makes good business sense and meets the growing needs of our customers. To date, IAA has more than 155 branch locations throughout North America that support the company’s expanding customer base,” O’Brien stated.

IAA’s mature global buyer base, which consists of automotive body shops, rebuilders, used car dealers, automotive wholesalers, exporters, dismantlers, recyclers, brokers and, where allowed, nonlicensed (public) buyers, now have even more choices when it comes to the number of salvage vehicles to bid on and buy.

IAA’s Fort Meyers branch is located at 850 Pondella Road. IAA auction preview dates and times vary for each facility. For more information, go to IAA’s Branch Information page at iaai.com.
